BOWIE, MD. – September 12, 2013 – Inovalon, Inc., a leading provider of data-driven healthcare solutions, today announced that Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) and Inovalon have entered into a multi-year agreement that enables Inovalon’s advanced healthcare data analytics for payers to leverage Allscripts Electronic Health Record (EHR) Platform to improve clinical and quality outcomes and financial performance.

Advanced healthcare technologies are needed for the payer, provider, and patient to succeed together. With this agreement, Inovalon will apply its advanced quality improvement and risk score accuracy analytics to Allscripts EHR Platform, improving the speed and workflow efficiency of data exchanges within the medical record process between payers and providers.
