Registration Now Open for Central Logic Advancing Care Coordination; Analytics (ACCA) Summit
Registration is open for Central Logic’s 9th Annual Summit, September 14th – 16th, at the JW Marriott Grand Lakes in Orlando, FL.
Central Logic is announcing a new name for its annual Patient Flow Summit. The Advancing Care Coordination and Analytics Summit will address the broadening focus of hospitals beyond patient flow to the importance of patient-centric care and data analytics to provide visibility across the continuum of care. These changes also align with the direction Central Logic is headed as a company.
“The rebranding of the industry-leading annual Patient Flow Summit was critical for Central Logic to be aligned with what healthcare leaders need for advancing care coordination and finding new ways of capturing real-time data intelligence,” said Jennifer Holmes, Central Logic, President and CEO. “The ACCA Summit will provide these healthcare leaders with the chance to hear from and network with some of the industry’s top influencers from around the United States. They will share new, innovative best practices and change methodologies to help address the current challenges healthcare leaders are facing today.”
While this year’s Summit will continue to address Patient Flow, it will focus on cutting edge trends to improve the care of patients. Topics will include population health driving better care through community wellness programs, care coordination best practices, addressing readmission rates through patient and family engagement, reducing length of stay by utilizing variance reporting, benchmarking and tracking, and addressing how real-time data can assist in making better decisions.
“Central Logic is proud to be at the forefront of leading change and helping advance care coordination for patients. We are excited to bring together an impressive group of industry experts who are willing to share their experiences to help drive change for the future,” said Holmes.
Attendees of the Summit will learn from and interact with some of today’s most innovative industry thought leaders. They will bring insight and industry knowledge from diverse healthcare backgrounds to offer a comprehensive look at the challenges hospitals are facing today and in the future.
Industry experts scheduled to attend include Ginger Graham, former president and CEO of Amylin Pharmaceuticals; Mary A. Ditri, director at the New Jersey Hospital Association; Nicholas Marko, MD, chief data officer of Geisinger Health System, and numerous others. The ACCA Summit will be hosted by Dr. Geeta Nayyer, CHIO of Femwell Group Health, Inc.
New this year, Central Logic is hosting an executive event September 14, specifically for hospital executives and senior leaders. The Executive Forum will offer an opportunity for hospital executives to convene for targeted education and collaboration with peers from throughout the country. Graham, along with Marc Probst, Chief Information Officer and Vice President at Intermountain Healthcare, will deliver keynote speeches during this special pre-summit event.
