Noble Health Alliance Selects Lumeris for Quality Analysis, Reporting

Noble Health Alliance (Noble) has chosen Lumeris as its partner in compiling, analyzing, and reporting clinical outcome data. Noble-affiliated physicians will use the clinical data analysis to drive improvements in the quality of care, focusing on such areas as reducing hospital admissions and re-admissions, implementing more effective strategies for chronic disease management, and increasing health screenings and preventive care.

“As a clinically integrated network, Noble is dedicated to rigorous analysis of clinical data so we can better understand what works and how we can constantly improve the quality of care for patients,” said Susan L. Williams, MD, chief medical officer for Noble. “With Lumeris we have chosen a partner with strong experience in clinical data aggregation, especially working with multiple health systems such as those that make up Noble Health Alliance.”

Noble Health Alliance was founded in 2013 by Abington Health, Aria Health System, Crozer-Keystone Health System, and Einstein Healthcare Network. Through Noble, the four health systems are collaborating on the development of a clinically integrated provider network and population health management infrastructure designed to improve the quality and efficiency of health care services. To date, more than 1,400 physicians affiliated with the four Noble member health systems have joined the Noble Health Alliance Physician Network.

Under the direction of Noble’s Physician Executive Council and its Quality Committee, Lumeris will support Noble in three main areas: clinical data aggregation, care management, and consulting services around population health management. “Working with Lumeris offers Noble a number of advantages,” said Chairman and CEO Patrick R. Young. “They bring not only nationally recognized expertise, but also prior experience working with several Noble members and their medical staffs.”

“Through our work with Noble Health Alliance’s member organizations, we’ve seen firsthand the commitment to care quality that extends across its network of health systems,” said W. Michael Long, president and chief executive officer of Lumeris. “With Lumeris’ leading technologies, transformative services and powerful, proven model for value-based care, we will work in partnership to redefine health care delivery in the region. We look forward to working closely with Noble to enhance the patient experience, improve health outcomes, lower costs and empower physicians to practice medicine that delivers the highest quality of care.”
