CarePoint will also utilize the eClinicalWorks Care Coordination Medical Record (CCMR) for population health management. This agreement will enable CarePoint, which runs Meditech in-patient systems in its three hospitals, to bring Cloud-based technologies to standardize its separate practices on a single EHR platform and improve care coordination.
