Jennifer Holmes, Central Logic President & CEO,
Named Company’s Board Chair

SALT LAKE CITY – A year after being named Central Logic president and CEO, Jennifer Holmes has been appointed by the company’s board of directors to serve as the chairwoman of the board.

“I am honored to assume the role as board chair. Central Logic is a company with limitless potential uniquely positioned to respond to today’s healthcare challenges,” said Jennifer Holmes. “I am focused on accelerating the innovation and execution that our customers need from us so they can deliver the highest quality of patient care. I couldn’t be more confident in our ability to be an industry leader and the opportunity to lead this great company into the future is deeply humbling and incredibly exhilarating.”

In her time at Central Logic, the leading provider of transfer center and on call scheduling technology solutions for healthcare systems, Holmes has been instrumental in expanding the company’s suite of products and recently secured Series C growth equity financing with Iron Gate Capital and Mercato Partners to launch two new products.

“Our ongoing growth and achievement over the past year are a testament to Jennifer’s vision and passion,” said Central Logic co-founder and CMO, Darin Vercillo.  “We are confident she will continue to succeed in her role as president and CEO and adding her leadership to our board of directors will only help Central Logic reach new heights as an innovator in the health industry.”

Holmes becomes the first woman to lead Central Logic’s board of directors. She also currently serves as the board chair for the Integrating Woman Leaders (IWL) Foundation, which provides professional development for women who seek personal growth and career advancement.

“Jennifer has brought tremendous leadership and focus to Central Logic,” said Angie Franks, member of the board of directors. “The board is pleased with the strategies she has defined and with the results she has already accomplished in her short time at Central Logic. We look forward to working closely with Jennifer and her management team to achieve their goals.”

Before joining Central Logic, Holmes’ award-winning career included serving most recently as senior vice president of Enterprise Solutions for MedAssets, an industry leader in healthcare technologies and solutions with installations in over 4,000 hospitals. She also worked as corporate officer and senior VP of sales and marketing with Spectranetics and has held executive positions at EKOS, Guidant Corporation, and Boston Scientific. In addition, Holmes recently became a finalist in the Women Tech Award to be presented this fall by the Utah Business Women Tech Council.
Holmes has a bachelor’s degree in Science & Exercise Physiology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind.
