Impact Advisors, LLC, a leading provider of healthcare information technology services, announced today that it has promoted Jenny McCaskey to Vice President. McCaskey joined Impact Advisors in 2010 as a Principal Advisor where she has served as a delivery consultant.

As a member of the leadership team, McCaskey will continue to provide client delivery services as well as identify new business opportunities within healthcare organizations with a focus on the firm’s Cerner practice. McCaskey has a solid track record for defining, planning and optimizing the successful implementation of large-scale projects within a variety of healthcare settings. She recently led a successful Cerner implementation at Ascension Health; partnered with Trinity Health and Advocate Health Care to rollout its core EHR solutions and led the Epic Clinical Readiness program for WellStar Health System.

McCaskey is a Registered Nurse with more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, 20 of which have been spent in healthcare information technology. Prior to joining Impact Advisors, McCaskey spent 12 years as a Director within a healthcare IT consultancy. In this role, she was responsible for providing excellent client delivery during EHR implementations with a focus on pre-implementation planning, process re-design, clinical readiness and post live stabilization.

McCaskey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Concordia College and Associates in Nursing from Western Wisconsin Technical Institute. She is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.
