Dynamic Health Strategies Continues to Invest In and Enhance Its Leading Edge Health Analytics System
Dynamic Health Strategies announces the availability of HealthSpective Version 2.0. HealthSpective is a population health management and predictive analytics tool that helps self-funded companies optimize benefit costs and employee health.
Using data from all sources, client focused benchmarks and advanced analytics, HealthSpective makes prescriptive recommendations on prevention, screening, treatment, disease management and service utilization.
HealthSpective 2.0 has added a number of features. Its new Clinical Risk Engine assigns a prospective clinical risk value for each plan member. Another new feature allows key medical conditions and chronic diseases to be identified through the Clinical Risk Engine process. In this version, individuals are identified as members with specific conditions and member groups are made available for easy analysis of disease cohorts. Finally, users can now easily analyze a group of individuals of certain conditions from within the system’s query engine. Analysis using any element in the data can be accomplished to find trends in regional differences, demographic attributes and employment attributes.
Additional reporting flexibility provides the ability to report on a benefit year or a calendar year so plan administrators can manage quality and performance measures for both the budget and plan year. An improved and concise executive dashboard is now available, summarizing all measure results within HealthSpective.
Also, HealthSpective is now deployed in a Private Cloud. This move will give DHS and their clients the assurance of accelerated innovation, large storage scalability and very strict control, security and compliance needs.
DHS’ HealthSpective continues to add user-requested features and enhanced capabilities. The next version is expected to be launched later in 2014. All customers receive the improved versions seamlessly as they are published by DHS.
