Rentsys Recovery Services Launches BlackVault Appliance
Rentsys Recovery Services, a provider of comprehensive business continuity solutions for healthcare providers, banks and companies using enterprise-wide solutions, has launched its BlackVault data storage appliance to enable healthcare and financial providers to restore data within their recovery time objectives.
Rentsys’ storage appliance is preconfigured and fully integrated, eliminating the need for high capital expenditures on data replication and disaster recovery equipment. It includes preinstalled software, a server and technical assistance from Rentsys staff.
To accommodate individual businesses’ needs, BlackVault replicates any chosen data within its storage appliance, offers physical and virtual recovery capabilities and scales as needed. It is designed to provide remote monitoring and recovery assistance in the case of a loss of important documentation.
BlackVault is completely compliant with AT 101, SOC 2 Type II, FFIEC, FDIC, NCUA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, HITECH Act and HIPAA requirements.
“Our BlackVault appliance solution gives organizations the ability to recover lost data in minutes, is scalable to meet small, medium and large businesses’ needs and is compliant with the strictest security controls,” said Brandon Tanner, senior manager at Rentsys.
