PA Consulting Group Executive Chairman Jon Moynihan Announces Plan to Retire
New York and London, June 10, 2013 — PA Consulting Group (PA), the leading employee-owned management consulting company, announced that Jon Moynihan has informed the Board of Directors of his plan to retire as Executive Chairman. Mr. Moynihan will continue to serve until the end of the year, during which time a successor will be named and the Chairmanship transition completed.
