Nexus Health Resources Continues Growth, Outstanding Health Care Coordination with Addition of Three New Team Members
Continuing a steady trend of growth in the Hudson Valley’s health care industry and on the heels of first-quarter success with Orange Regional Medical Center, Nexus Health Resources – a Middletown-based healthcare coordination company founded by CEO and President Dr. Virginia Feldman – has announced its expansion with the addition of three new members. Robert Poltenovage has joined the Nexus Health team as Business Development Executive, and John Steele, LPN and Angelica D’Amico have joined the Nexus Health team as Care Coordinators.
Robert Poltenovage’s experience in medical administration serves as a platform for the new business development position – he will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships between Nexus Health and their partners. With a decade of experience working in Orange County’s Employment and Training Administration industry, Poltenovage has liaised between government agencies and the public, helping clients on public assistance connect with appropriate healthcare service providers.
Angelica D’Amico holds an Associate’s Degree in medical office operations from SUNY Orange, and brings 10 years of customer relations experience to her role assisting patients. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), John Steele brings over 20 years of nursing experience to his Care Coordinator role with Nexus Health. His vast knowledge of primary care, internal medicine, medical-surgical, long-term skilled care and geriatrics, and experience working closely with intellectually- and developmentally-disabled patients, makes him an ideal fit for ensuring discharged patients remain healthy.
“We are thrilled to welcome Robert, Angelica and John to the Nexus Health Resources team,” Dr. Virginia Feldman said. “As we continue on our path of growth and success, it’s imperative that we have talented employees who share our vision and are dedicated to providing great service to our patients.”
