Lisa Hodges Joins Conifer Health Solutions as Chief Compliance Officer
Conifer Health Solutions, the nation’s leading provider of technology-enabled healthcare performance improvement services, the nation’s leading provider of technology-enabled healthcare performance improvement services, announced today that Lisa Hodges has joined Conifer’s senior leadership team as chief compliance officer. In this role, Hodges assumes responsibility for managing Conifer’s ethics and compliance program throughout all areas of the organization. Hodges will also maintain the company’s privacy and security compliance program, working closely with Conifer’s information security team. She will report on a day-to-day basis to president and CEO, Stephen Mooney.

Her contributions to Conifer will further our culture of ethics and compliance.”
According to Mooney, Hodges will ensure adherence to Conifer’s value-based standards of conduct, policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations. She will also collaborate with Conifer’s clients regarding compliance matters.
Prior to joining Conifer, Hodges served as special counsel to Jones Walker LLP, where she was active in healthcare-related cases and specialized in healthcare regulatory matters. Previous to Jones Walker, Hodges held leadership roles in legal services and compliance for national companies including Premier Healthcare Alliance, AT&T and Wachovia. In addition, she served as assistant Attorney General for the state of Texas from 1994-1999. As a prosecutor and assistant Attorney General, Hodges led criminal and governmental investigations.
Hodges holds a Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Florida State University. She is a member of the State Bars of Alabama and Texas, and will be based at Conifer’s headquarters in Frisco, Texas.
