Impact Advisors Promotes Matt Duncan and Kent Gray to Vice President
Chicago, IL (August 12, 2013) – Impact Advisors, an award-winning healthcare technology advisory services firm, is pleased to announce that it has promoted both Matt Duncan and Kent Gray to Vice President. Duncan joined Impact Advisors in 2009 as Principal Advisor where he managed Impact’s executive relationships with many major health systems, providing trusted advisory services around planning and installing enterprise core vendor strategies. Gray joined Impact Advisors in 2011 as Principal Advisor where he worked on IT governance, IT service level definition, Epic post go-live support modeling, and project portfolio management.
In Duncan’s new role as Vice President, he will lead Impact’s IT Optimization and System Selection service offerings. He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare IT field and will continue to help many of the nation’s largest and most complex health systems. Duncan will continue to formulate IT strategies, assess operational performance, guide selections of core EHR and revenue cycle vendors, negotiate IT contracts, develop IT cost models and budgets, and plan and manage system implementations.
In Gray’s new role as Vice President, he will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, with a focus on the Southeastern U.S. market. He has over 25 years of professional experience in the global healthcare industry, working with provider, payer and life science clients. His background includes executive leadership, strategic planning, product life cycle management, and hospital IT operations.
