Greythorn is proud to announce it has appointed Mary Beth Seaman as the new Director of its Healthcare IT Practice.
Mary Beth has been in healthcare and staffing for more than 25 years, and is experienced in assessing, planning, and managing Epic, Cerner, and other EHR implementation projects. She has worked for companies such as Acute Care, Pace Staffing Network, Kelly Healthcare Resources, and Atrilogy Solutions Group. Her most recent role was as Greythorn’s National Sales Manager, in which she managed strategic partnerships and worked with hospital and health system leaders to identify the best solutions for their organizational needs. She also spearheaded research that led to the first-ever market report on the Canadian healthcare IT & IS industry, which covered issues of salaries, benefits packages, employee motivation, job satisfaction, and more. Mary Beth then presented key findings from the report at the 2016 eHealth Annual Conference & Tradeshow in Vancouver, BC.
Greythorn’s Managing Director, Ben Weber, was excited to see her take on this new role.
“Mary Beth is an experienced professional whose understanding of the changing healthcare IT industry landscape is second to none,” he said. “She has a deep appreciation for the vital work performed by hospitals, health systems, and healthcare professionals, and it shows in her commitment to understanding clients’ organizational objectives, and in her diligence in creating solutions that help them reach their goals. I look forward to seeing our Healthcare IT Practice thrive under her leadership.”
